The technology is accessed by entering the myICE website portal and placing a unique code, found on the card to gain our members' details (e.g. photo, medical history, medical aid details, drug interaction information, doctor details and identifying markings etc).

In Case of Emergency (ICE) is a digital service that enables first responders such as paramedics, firefighters and police officers, as well as hospital personnel, to access critical information about you when you can't speak for yourself in an emergency. MyProtector also works behind the scene to contact your nominated contact person and let them know where you are, and who they can call to find out about you.


For Singles:

myICE card & services fee: R60/MONTHLY
